There are many beautiful things in the world. This website is a way to share what I see with family & friends.
I think I’ve always been drawn to the sky. I’ve been told that bird/pájaro & plane/avión were the first words I said (if this is true, then I think the next word could have been chocolate). Apparently, my eyes were often turned up to the sky, & they still are.
Most of these photos are taken around Utah Valley where I have lived the past ten years. Some are from Spain where my family & I lived awhile. Others are from visiting family in Maine and Mexico. Some are from Alaska & southern California where I did an internship.
I use a Sony Mirrorless a6300 with three lenses: usually I’m using the standard 18-50mm one, then a 12mm Rokinon for all the astrophotography, & a 50-220mm when I want to get closer in.

Special thanks to my parents for more than I can say: encouraging me, supporting me, enjoying my photography, letting me use the new DSLR when I was nine, lending me a camera for some years when my first one broke
I gratefully acknowledge the Timpanogos people who are the original stewards of the land I live on and take photos of.
